I hereby acknowledge and certify that the information contained in this application and related attachments is true, complete, and correct.

• I understand that no construction work may begin prior to written authorization being provided by Zagimê Anishinabêk and the Building Permit has been issued.
• Work under the scope of this Building Permit Application shall not commence until the non-refundable Administration Fee of $120.00 and the Building Permit Fee are paid in full.
• I understand that Zagimê Anishinabêk may enter the property to inspect the site before, during, and after the development proposed for the purposes of administration of the Zoning, Property Standards, Community Standards, and Environmental Standards Bylaws and any permit issued.
• I understand that I, alone, am fully responsible for complying with all provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety provisions and applicable bylaws and ordinances.
