A leader with MBA and an Advanced Management Program graduate from Harvard Business School demonstrated the ability to change, succeed, and build high performing teams across different geographies and cultures, with a balanced financial, human resources and commercial approach.

Suavek Bartosinski, MBA, PMP

Senior-level operations executive with 15 plus years’ experience managing commercial land & real estate and business development projects in the public and private sectors. Verifiable success in managing complex initiatives, starting brand new businesses, and creating value-added operations aimed at increasing company’s bottom line. Lifelong learner and self-development enthusiast with a B.A. in Urban Geography and an M.B.A. majoring in Real Estate Studies.

Nathan White

Working out of the head office in Regina, Nathan is the Digital Marketing Coordinator for Zagime Management Authority. Nathan is skilled in graphic design, video editing, art direction, and copywriting, and is an experienced social media manager. Nathan joins the team bringing with him 20 years of experience in the commercial creative industries.

Sarah comes to Zagime with a wealth of experience in the business world. She plans on contributing to the company by implementing and reinforcing Zagime’s corporate values, policies, and procedures.

Max Delorme

Max Delorme is the Operations Manager at ZMAL in the Yorkton office. With over 20 years of experience in Customer Service and twelve years in management, Max strongly believes in First Nations hospitality where each guest that walks through the door is treated as a friend and as family. Max also believes that our front-line staff is very important as they are the first person you see when entering a Zagime business. Max is proud to be a part of the ZMAL team and looks forward to growing with the company.
